  Place the unlit candle in its original packaging and ensure it is securely padded to prevent breakage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
