What kind of wax do you use in your candles?
At Comfort Candle Company, we use a premium, proprietary soy-blend wax designed for a clean, long-lasting burn and maximum scent throw.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the contiguous United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our workshop.
Do you offer returns if I don't like a scent?
Yes, we want you to love your home's atmosphere. If you are unsatisfied with a fragrance, you can return unlit candles within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
How can I prevent my candle from tunneling?
To ensure an even burn, always allow the wax to melt across the entire surface to the edges of the glass during the first burn. This usually takes 2-3 hours.
Are your fragrances safe for pets and children?
Our candles are made with phthalate-free fragrance oils and lead-free cotton wicks. While safe for general use, we always recommend burning candles out of reach of pets and children.
